About Price-Miranda Associates
Your Managment Team
Stribling has owned and managed properties for over 20 years, and formed Price-Miranda Associates in 1999 to better manage real estate holdings.
Price-Miranda Goals
Many organizations provide living space for people. We strive to provide a home. A home is the physical space where you feel comfortable exploring personal goals. It's a nest, cocoon and shelter from outside forces. It's space where you feel connected to the people around you. It's the first physical building block to creating a larger community. We understand people have an emotional attachment to their living space. We respect and encourage this process of residents making the living space we provide into their home.
To encourage community building.
We want to encourage residents to participate in activities that make the surrounding community a safer, happier and more economically viable place to live. Price-Miranda as an organization participates in many of these activities, but it will be property residents who see they have stake in the surrounding community that ultimately will create lasting change. Price-Miranda encourages residents to see that they have a stake in the community and the power to change things.
Price-Miranda Philosophies
We treat residents with the same respect that any good sales person in a store must treat their customers.
Price-Miranda associates are business professionals.
While we are a small, friendly operation, we will always act in a professional manner.
We go "by the book" as much as possible.
Price-Miranda follows specific procedures and guidelines. We follow strict accounting procedures and attempt to fully comply with local housing and building codes.
We have zero tolerance for discrimination.
The founders of Price-Miranda have been personally affected by the discrimination in our society and will not tolerate housing or hiring discrimination within the organization. Associates are briefed about the various non-discrimination ordinances on federal, state, county and city levels.
