Here are some views from the Artesian property

The Artesian property is near Devon and Western on Chicago's North Side. It was purchased by Price-Miranda in 2000 from the family of the original builder. It has been meticulously maintained since it was built in 1932 with many of the original Art Deco fixtures restored or preserved.

The Artesian building, located on the corner of Artesian and Rosmont, is surrounded by a quiet neighborhood of mostly single family Chicago Bungalow-style homes. It is steps from restaurants, shopping, and major bus lines.
